Aromatics reminiscent of the ancient citron Buddha’s Hand, baked apple and ginger entice the nose. Enjoy Bosch pear and under ripe nectarine on the palate. The bright minerality and lingering finish will make you think about opening a second bottle. Perfectfor a sunny afternoon and perhaps even a skinny dip. Spring is near!

Hush Honey is Back!

Bad news, good news! With the recent rainfall and wind, several bee hives in our apiary absconded. We found 9+ gallons of honey in the hives and extracted it before the robber bees moved in. We now have Hush Honey back at the Tasting Room. It's delicious, pure local honey, unpasteurized and unfiltered. They say it's great for allergies and all that ails you.

We have 1/2 pints, pints, quarts and 1/2 gallon jars available.
